Our services are delivered through

Our model is unique, we believe strategy is merely a roadmap, people are the doers. We work very people heavy under the 'Aboriginal led co-design' model where we allow people to co-create with us how strategy can be truly custom build for each client. We leave you with a document, however we ensure that we leave your people with practical tools to be able to undertake the ask and vision of the strategy. We leave a legacy and remain as critical friends to support your delivery.

Strategy
Our advisory stream is designed for clients who are looking for an external advisor to support their Aboriginal Affairs work. As an external Aboriginal Advisor (also known as a cultural advisor) Leroy joins your business as an external critical friend, he is deployed to work within your governance models focussing on your executive and board, your decision makers and leaders. His role is to challenge you, scale your aspiration and to create space for safe, human exploration toward firm foundations to ideate and mobilise ground breaking work. As your advisor, Leroy is a contact point for a range of things across your business and if he cant provide the expertise required, he will point you in the right direction from his contacts across the Aboriginal business sector.
Advisory takes away the 'contract/project' model and buys you expertise to be used all year round, we call these clients our 'strategic clientele'.

Our consultancy stream is for the jobs that need expert support but don't necessarily have a home, these project based contracts are high value and interesting, they feed our curious minds.

LEARNING
Our learning stream is our training function, we do this a little different.
This unique training model focusses heavily on learning AND unlearning. Allowing your people to undertake a process where we test current knowledge, create safe space to explore and unpack, laying new foundations for curiosity which is where real, transformative learning takes place.
Our packages are fully customisable, ensuring they are bespoke and custom built for each client (customisation available for contract rollout clients)
